Supply chain security is a core pillar at Cloud Merit Tech LLC (CMT). We maintain rigorous standards to ensure the integrity, safety, and authenticity of the technology products we source and deploy for our clients.

Anti-Counterfeiting & Authentic Sourcing

Grey-market or counterfeit hardware components represent a major security risk for networks. CMT implements a zero-tolerance policy for gray-market sourcing:

• OEM Authorization: We source all hardware client systems, networking nodes, and server components exclusively through direct OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) agreements or their authorized distribution hubs.
• Traceable Shipments: Every shipment received at our Texas configuration staging center is tracked from the manufacturer origin and physically audited to verify packaging seals, serial numbers, and component compliance.
• Firmware Integrity: During BIOS updates and OS imaging, our technicians verify secure boot signatures and install manufacturer-provided, cryptographically signed firmware configurations only.

OEM Warranty Compliance

Because we adhere strictly to authorized sourcing channels, all hardware supplied by CMT carries the full, direct manufacturer warranty. This ensures:

• Direct engineering support eligibility from Dell, HPE, HP Inc, Cisco, and our other partners.
• Replacement parts are genuine OEM components with verified supply lines.
• Extended support agreements (such as Cisco SmartNet or Dell ProSupport) register directly to your organization.

Corporate & SLED Auditing

We provide purchasing offices with compliance verification files upon request. This includes serial logs, direct supplier invoices, and HUB qualification logs for public audit tracking.
